- 1 cup raw Almonds, soaked overnight
- 50ml Olive oil
- 20ml Coconut Balsamic vinegar
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh Parsley
- 2 cups Fresh Basil
- 2 tbsp Raw honey (optional)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Pinch sea salt
- Drain and rinse almonds.
- Add to food processor along with all the other ingredients. Whizz until combined - around 30 seconds.
- Blend for longer if you prefer it smoother.
