- 2 Avocados, ripe
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Pine nuts
- 1 cup Basil leaves, fresh
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- Paleo crackers sold in our online supermarket
- In a food processor or blender add avocado, basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, lemon juice and sea salt and blend until finely chopped.
- Then with the motor still running add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified and creamy.
- Serve with any of our yummy Paleo crackers
