Ingredients (serves 9)
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth, then add honey, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla essence and almond butter. Mix thoroughly.
- Add coconut flour and cinnamon. Mix again.
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
- Add baking soda and cacao nibs. Mix until the baking soda is well absorbed.
- Fill muffin tins to the top and bake for 25 minutes or until the centre comes out clean.
- Remove muffins from the muffin pan and let cool.
