
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup dry roasted almonds
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp tablespoons honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1/4 cup currants
- 1/2 cup raisins
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients (keep half of the raisins out) into your processor and blend until the mixture is broken down and sticking together.
- Add the remaining raisins to the processed mixture and use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge to set.
- Eat and enjoy. (Serves 12-14)
