- 500g Lamb Mince
- 5g Fresh Mint Leaves, finely chopped
- 5g Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Lamb Madras Spice powder(click link to see our shop)
- Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. Mix lamb mince with fresh herbs, onion and Lamb Madras spice powder.
- Roll lamb mixture into balls about 4cm big and place onto oven tray and into oven.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove meatballs from the oven and serve with a garden or greek salad.
