Paleo Moroccan Lamb Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Lamb cutlets (on the bone)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Cumin, ground 
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • Salad leaves
  • Cucumber, chopped

Directions

 

  1. Combine all the spices and salt in a bowl. Place the lamb cutlets on a piece of parchment paper and sprinkle the spice mix all over them to coat, flip them over and repeat.
  2. Heat a grill pan on medium heat and add in the olive oil and garlic. When the pan is hot, add the lamb chops and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Leave the lamb to rest on a serving board. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the lamb before serving on salad leaves and cucumber.
