Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour/meal
- 900gm blackberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Spread the blackberries in a baking dish and pour or squeeze the lemon juice all over. Mix together.
- Place all other ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well then spread it over the blackberry/lemon mixture.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Serves 6.
