- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Combine honey, maple syrup and coconut oil in a large bowl.
- In a different bowl, combine the vanilla almond flour, salt, baking soda, macadamia nuts, shredded coconut and cacao nibs.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Drop about a tablespoon of the cookie dough onto the lined tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Cool and serve.
