  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine honey, maple syrup and coconut oil in a large bowl.
  3. In a different bowl, combine the vanilla almond flour, salt, baking soda, macadamia nuts, shredded coconut and cacao nibs.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. 
  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Drop about a tablespoon of the cookie dough onto the lined tray and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
  7. Cool and serve.
