- 16 tbsp macadamia nut oil
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Blend egg, lemon juice, mustard powder and salt in a blender or food processor.
- Slowly pour in the oil, a little at a time while the blender is still running, until it's a thick and creamy texture.
- Keep refrigerated. (Note: It will thicken while refrigerated)
