Ingredients

  • 1½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅔ cup apple or agave syrup
  • 2 cup coconut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

    Directions

    1. Melt coconut butter in a medium size saucepan over a low heat.
    2. Turn off heat and add all the remaining ingredients. Mix until all ingredients combined.
    3. Pour into a square pan.
    4. Refrigerate fudge for 2-3 hours or until it has set.
    5. Cut into squares and serve.
