Directions
- Beat eggs in medium bowl and flake salmon into the bowl with a fork.
- Add all other ingredients and mix in the bowl together.
- Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat.
- Form ingredients into 5cm patties and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Patties will turn light brown when finished cooking.
- Serve with Mayonnaise (click for recipe)
