- 450gm beef stewing meat, cut in chunks
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup button mushrooms
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp thyme
- Add bone broth, stewing beef, onion, carrot, herbs and salt to the slow cooker.
- Set on low and cook for seven hours
- Add mushrooms in the last hour.
