Paleo/Vegan Cashew Banana Ice Cream

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • pinch of salt


  1. Blend banana in a food processor.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue blending until smooth.
  3. Place in container and freeze for 1-2 hours for firm ice cream.
  4. Enjoy!
