- 4 eggs
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp organic raw honey
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 cups strawberries
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a medium bowl mix baking soda and almond flour
- In a mixing bowl combine eggs, honey and vinegar and add to the flour bowl.
- Combine well by stirring, then add the strawberries.
- Using a ¼ cup, scoop out batter onto a paper lined muffin pan
- Bake for 15min or until slightly browned
- Cool for 30 min and Enjoy
