Paleo Strawberry & Chia Seed Jam (Sugar free) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups strawberries 
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  1. Slice strawberries, place in a pot and begin to warm. After 2-3 minutes, remove and blend up till smooth.
  2. Return to the pot and add chia seeds and one squeeze of a lemon. Bring to the boil and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into desired containers and serve on toast, in coconut yogurt, or on sandwiches.

Store in the fridge and use within 2-3 weeks. Can freeze for up to a year.
