- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ cup steamed or roasted sweet potato
- 1 cup water
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp chopped pecan nuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Place all ingredients except pecans into a food processor or blender.
- Blend together on high.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle pecan nuts on top.
- Preferably consume within 30 minutes of finishing your workout as this is a recovery smoothie.
