Paleo Sweet Potato Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ cup steamed or roasted sweet potato
  • 1 cup water
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecan nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except pecans into a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend together on high.
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle pecan nuts on top.
  4. Enjoy.
Preferably consume within 30 minutes of finishing your workout as this is a recovery smoothie.
