Paleo Tomato and Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Avocados
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Fresh coriander
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sliced red onion (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut tomatoes in half
  2. Cut avocados into medium pieces
  3. Chop coriander
  4. Squeeze the lime juice into the salad
  5. Add pepper, salt and olive oil
  6. Mix and Enjoy
