Paleo Turmeric Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5cm piece fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 tsp dried turmeric)
  • 1.5cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup almond milk 

Directions

  1. Place turmeric, ginger, banana and pineapple in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add almond milk and vanilla. Blend again until smooth.
