- 1.5cm piece fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 tsp dried turmeric)
- 1.5cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond milk
- Place turmeric, ginger, banana and pineapple in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Add almond milk and vanilla. Blend again until smooth.
