    Shipping Rates

    Our selected couriers can deliver anywhere in New Zealand. You will receive an automated e-mail on courier booking (typically within 12 hours) with a tracking number. Courier costs are subject to variations. 

    Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

    First, contact us at or on 022 655 8238 to discuss the situation, so that we can take the best course of action.

    Our returns and exchange policies lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    Food articles can only be returned or exchanged if they have "gone off" before their expiry date or are found defective on delivery.
    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    If we ask you to return the item, once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
    If you asked for a refund and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    If you asked for an exchange and it is approved, we will send you the new item at our cost.

    To return or exchange your product, if we ask you to return the item to us, you should send us an email at and send your item to: 19 Collingwood Street, Freemans Bay, Auckland 1011.
    At this stage you should pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your return / exchange is approved we will reimburse you for these shipping costs.
    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
