Our selected couriers can deliver anywhere in New Zealand. You will receive an automated e-mail on courier booking (typically within 12 hours) with a tracking number. Courier costs are subject to variations.
WE OFFER A 20-DAY RETURN OR REFUND POLICY, starting from the day you receive the product. Your satisfaction is our most important asset!
If 20 days have gone by, we can’t always offer you a return, refund or exchange. Anyway still talk to us so that we can see wether we can extend our return policy given the circumstances.
Eligibility for Return & Refund Policy:
Food articles can only be returned or exchanged if they have "gone off" before their expiry date or are found defective or not up to description on delivery.
First, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 022 655 8238 to discuss the situation, so that we can take the best course of action.
If we ask you to return the item, once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you asked for a refund and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you asked for an exchange and it is approved, we will send you the new item at our cost.
To return or exchange your product, if we ask you to return the item to us, you should send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 19 Collingwood Street, Freemans Bay, Auckland 1011.
Returning the item is not that difficult. We typically send you a courier sticker that you can slap on a parcel, and an email with a link that you can click on when you are ready to ask the courier to pick up the parcel.
