An unashamedly robust blend of sun-ripened sweet red peppers, distilled white vinegar and pure sea salt, imbued with the warmth of red chilies and smoked Spanish paprika. Goes well with just about everything but is especially good on eggs, avocado, seafood and chicken and can be used instead of salt to season

This is a world champion not-too-hot chilli sauce made with love in NZ from the best local ingredients. It takes about a year to distill the vinegar then mature this sauce in barrels.

Huffman’s, uses use only the finest natural ingredients; their vinegar for instance comes from their own Christchurch distillery and takes nine months to naturally ferment before being distilled.
Huffman’s takes its time to allow its sauces to develop a full and balanced flavour before being bottled. The Original Chilli Pepper (not too) Hot Sauce is barrel matured for a minimum of three months before being strained and bottled.
